L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon was the first Michelin star restaurant in Taipei and opened in by the legendary French chef — the one who has won the most Michelin stars in the world.
Particularly for the restaurant in Taipei, chef Angelo Agliano, who is French-Italian, blends beautifully different cultures and touches into his plate. We are very fortunate to dine here.
I would say this is my favorite restaurant in Taipei. Modern and chic design with open kitchen and exquisite food… see photos and enjoy!
