The meal at the stunning two Michelin star restaurant – Pierre (located in Mandarin Oriental hotel) was amazing and delightful.
Its culinary team is lead by Pierre Gagnaire’s protégé, Chef Nicolas Boujéma, since September 2011. The Parisian atmosphere with a breathtaking view (25th floor) offers contemporary luxury.
Dining here is the most expensive meal I paid in Hong Kong during this trip. However, in my personal opinion, cuisine was not as good as L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon.
