Last November I went back to Bali and once I arrived I could not miss joining a dinner at Chef Maurizio’s. As usual I was very fascinated by the way the Chef Bombini respects the quality of the products.
Firstly he amazed me with a fantastic shrimp with Avruga Caviar and/in a Gold leaf. Afterwards left me speechless with the Foie Gras Terrine and her clean flavours and embracing taste. Chef Maurizio Bombini
As usual, I have to congratulate Chef Bombini for the success of a solid and well-organized project that one day will bring this chef to receive a Michelin Star.
I am just waiting for that Day!
